- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 large cloves of minced garlic
- juice from 1/2 a lime (1Tbsp)
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper
- Place avocado, yogurt, garlic, and lime juice in a blender (or a bullet due to it’s smaller size). Process until completely smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or cover tightly.
- When tightly covered, sauce will keep in refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
